So, How Does it Work?…
I arrive 2-3 hours prior to the ceremony and start painting the background of your venue, church, etc.
Couples can choose a first kiss, first dance, aisle dip-kiss, posed shot, or other scene of their choice to be painted.
By the end of the night, I will have a beautiful rendition of your special moment painted on the canvas, wowing your guests and giving you a piece of art you’ll treasure forever!
I refine the details and varnish the painting off-site, in my studio. The painting is shipped to the couple once finished and approved.

16x20: $1,000

The only additional costs are travel and shipping of the painting.

What methods of payment does Ruthie take?
I accept Venmo, Cash-app, Zelle, check, or cash!
Do I pay Ruthie before or after wedding?
Once your date is confirmed, I ask for a non-refundable 50% booking fee. The rest of the amount is paid one month prior to your wedding date.
All information regarding payment and expectations is laid out in my contract.
Do you travel?
Yes! I am based in the Greensboro, NC area, but am more than willing to travel. If the venue is out-of-state, or requires an overnight stay, this will be incorporated into cost.
I have painted weddings all over South Carolina and look forward to expanding my list of venues traveled to!
